Lenovo — Service not timely completed.

I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note online sale by flipkart on 13.07.2015. last one month very good work. But 20.08.2015 i have update OS online. then my mobile mic not work. My sound not hear any receiver. My Patna service center name is Graphic Line. The service Center Staff was very rude voice. My Service Center Serial No.[protected]. Please check and repair immediately.
