Lenovo Smartphone — Handset service regarding

I purchase new smartphone of Lenovo and after 3 month i face issue in touch pad so i complaint in service center because my handset is in waranty. Service center receive my handset and told me visit after 10 days. I submit my handset on DTD- 21 dec.2015 But still my handset is not repaire after follow up again & again he told me again waits for 25 days. i also mail to lenovo service team but no reply from there end. Service centet name :- TANISHQ CONNECTS
