Lenovo Smartphones — Irresponsibility in fulfilling promises and commitments

I am very disappointed with lenovo's service.My phone was not detecting sim so i submitted it in rohini service center. As Per rule they are alloted 15 days time so as to repair the phone . The alloted has ended and they are repeating the lines it would one more week or so. i am a student & this phone is needed for keeping upadated regarding my studies, for internet and all that stuff . i am feeling helpless now, How irresponsible they are, so i want them sued Lenovo a390 IMEI [protected] CONTACT NO [protected] Ankit Jindal

Updated by ankit23494 The product is under warranty. it has been deposited at Rohini service center under job sheet no SRIN[protected] dated 21 december. The customer care executives doesnt give a proper response, neither they transfer the call to a senior executive when asked to do so
