[Resolved] Lenovo Smartphones — Refund from lenovo and irresponsive behavior of the customer care executives | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a lenovo P780 phone in April 2014 from the mobile store worth Rs16500/- with one year warranty.The IME no. of the phone: [protected]just after 4 months of buying it suddenly stopped working in september and I submitted the phone to the authorised customer care centre of Lenovo at Delhi on 2nd September 2014. Immediately after 2 days they returned the phone that it has been repaired but the same evening it again stopped working, I again went and submitted the phone and they said its mother board needs to be changed it will take a week. I was fine with it. But its been a month now I have been following with the customer care centre, the lenovo customer care executive also with the complain dept. of lenovo but they are not responding.Its really disgusting and frustrating how these companies with big brand names behave like this with the customers. I have asked them for refund but still there is no reply from lenovo.They are just fooling around with their customers. I would urge people not to buy any lenovo product in life.Also waiting for refund from lenovo I would request you to please take appropriate action against the lenovo Was this information helpful? | |||
