Lenovo — The company is doing nothing for my complaint. | |||
About three months ago, I had some noise problem with my laptop. So, I registered a complaint with the Lenovo team and after many struggles I got my laptop fan, upper case and lower case replaced by on-site service. Since then, I am having issues with my touchpad. So, at first I called the Lenovo toll free service. They took my system not less than 3 times but they were not able to fix the problem. Then, they asked me to perform one key recovery. Even after that tedious thing my problem was not fixed. I again contacted the Lenovo team. They asked me to visit the service system which is about 10 kms far. Firstly, the lady at the service centre did not entertain me. But when, I contacted the Lenovo team, the engineer there tried to do many things like BIOS update but still my problem was not solved. Then the engineer told the Lenovo team that muy issue is very genuine and they should replace my touchpad. But from that day, daily I receive call from Lenovo team. They always ask me to do the same things, update the driver, give them remote access and all and are just wasting my time. Plase help. My laptop's warranty will expire in about 30 days. I am a student and am not free all day to entertain their calls. They are not solving my problem and simply passing the time. I am attaching my laptop's invoice. Was this information helpful? | |||
