Lenovo — Touch stopped working and phone is in service center from 19-june

I bought a lenovo A7000 through flipkart and after 2 months its touch stopped working and after discussing matter with their technical support team i submitted phone to service center and my phone is there from 19 june and today also i am not getting any clear answer its really very disgusting situation as i am totally in dark din't know what to do. Service center says lenovo not providing parts.one month has completed and God knows how much will it take more. Harshit Bhatt [protected]
