I, A.BRIHATI of Vijayawada, PH;[protected]. purchased a Lenovo laptop of series no; B50-80, baring no; laptop Lenovo LMIN 13/4/1 TB./DOS- SMP13K6VK WITH INVOICE NO;22472 Dtd 10.09.2016 for Rs 29000 on date 10.9.2016 from Sweta computer park, D.no;40-5-19/9B, Opp;Siddhardha Arts college, Moghalrajpuram, Vijayawada, 520010. I have charged it for 100% and checked for battery and piece performance. I found that battery is draining out approximately 10 to 12 percent in a period of 20 minutes, even when no folder/files are loaded.
On[protected] I met the dealer and asked for the battery draining complaint. It was loaded with windows 10 and it will take more power and battery is draining out quickly.
For this he changed the OS from windows 10 to windows 8 and piece was returned to me on[protected]. The battery was checked again for 5 to 6 days and found that problem is not solved. Again I approached the dealer on the date of;[protected] for replacing the battery. He checked it and promised to replace and deliver the piece on Monday i.e.26.09.2016.But on Saturday i.e.on 24.09.2016 he requested to come and verify the battery charging by phone to my father .As he is away from Vijayawada he directed us to go and verify the battery charging. We went to shop on Sunday at 11.30 A.M. and discussed with technician and took the piece for verification at the shop only.
On opening the laptop it is found that battery is only 9% remaining.By this it is learnt that the battery is discharging speedily, And the problem remains unsolved. Hence it is clear that the problem persists with the piece [ laptop] and not with the battery. And requested you to give me a different piece the earliest, as I have to use the laptop for my study B.Tech . classes. I feel very bad of the situation as i could not use the laptop even after fifteen days of purchase. So please do the needful at the earliest.
