Lenovo — Ultimate power saving button issue in lenovo vibe p1m smartphone | |||||
Dear Sir, I have purchased Lenovo Vibe P1m smartphone through Flipkart on[protected]. After finding it very good and have become a fan of this model, I have suggested the same model to my friends, colleagues and relatives and helped them purchase about 7 of them, via Flipkart, subsequently (I would be happy to share my Flipkart account details in case you may like to verify the same). Unfortunately, one of them, which was a gift, is having an issue with Ultimate power saving mode button since receipt of this phone. The phone goes into power saving mode and does not come back. We have approached the local Lenovo Service Center four times for resolution of this issue but the problem still persists. Please note that the mobile is still under warranty and am looking for getting it repaired or getting a replacement immediately for the same. The details of the mobile is given below: IMEI NO- [protected] / [protected] Please arrange for a replacement or repair immediately as it is hampering the connectivity over phone. The Lenovo Customer Care when approached asked to again visit the local service center on which I had lost complete faith / confidence since I have already approached them and deposited the phone for repair FOUR times but the problem still persists.
