Lenovo — Unresolved Lenovo Legion Monitor Repair Under Warranty (Ticket #[protected])

On August 19, 2025, I raised a repair ticket (#[protected]) for my Lenovo Legion monitor, which is under warranty, due to display issues causing significant eye strain and impacting my work-from-home job. I contacted Lenovo’s Consumer Technical Support ([protected]@lenovo.com) and escalated to [protected]@lenovo.com, as advised. Despite multiple follow-ups on August 26, 28, and 29, 2025, I received only automated replies and vague responses from Ravi Kiran M (Sr. Analyst, Lenovo India Escalation Team) promising updates without progress. The monitor remains unrepaired, severely affecting my work and health. I request immediate repair or replacement under warranty within 48 hours, along with clear communication on the resolution timeline. Attached: email correspondence, warranty details.
