Lenovo — Worst display of Mobile

I purchased a Mobil of Lenovo which is model A6000 through online from "snap deal", my Mobil display found worst and have informed to customer care and register complaint [i.e. 18384311 on dated 27 march 2015] regarding the same, as per executive told that your Mobil would be changed within 1 weeks but didn't get something. I disappointed that the chitting being proceeded with me.
