[Resolved] Lenscart — center of spectacles | |||||
Date : 16.11.2018. Dear sir, I purchased two items from your lenskart.com ahmednagar store dated 01.09.2018 I. E. Spectacles 1 & goggle 1 At the cost of rs. 8990/- your order details is lenskart.com serial no is: 500 (24.08.2018). I tried spectacles & goggle four to five days in that goggle is ok but spectacles is faulty after that i can’t see properly from your spectacles. Then i went to ahmednagar to your showroom but unfortunately your lenskart branch has closed then i asked there, what can i do? Then he saw my spectacles then he adjusted by bending the frame of spectacles and told me that you will adjust it in two to four days, after then i tried it for two to four days again there but same problem is came.in case of my busy schedule i can’t come to the ahmednagar.
