[Resolved]  Lenskart — Complaint Regarding Incorrect Prescription and Missing Product - Demand for Refund

I am filing this formal complaint against Lenskart with the utmost urgency and concern, seeking redress for a series of grossly negligent and unacceptable actions that have severely affected my experience as a customer. On 10th February 2024, I visited the Lenskart store located at Shop No 20, Gandhi Nagar Mode, Main Tonk Road, Mall, near Milestone Complex, Lalkothi, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302105, where I underwent an eye test resulting in a digital prescription of -4.50 for both eyes. Relying on this prescription, I placed an order for eyeglasses through the Lenskart app on 13 February 2024 (Order ID: [protected]), which was delivered on 16 February 2024. To my dismay, upon wearing the glasses, I experienced distorted vision, slanted perspectives, and a peculiar 3D effect. Seeking a second opinion from an eye clinic and hospital, I discovered that Lenskart had provided me with an incorrect prescription, as my actual prescription is -5.25. Subsequently, I initiated an exchange, returning the glasses on 19 February 2024, with the exchange order (ID: [protected]) expected to be delivered on 24 February 2024. However, upon opening the package, I discovered that the eyeglasses were missing. No warranty document and invoice was there in package . Only cleaning cloth was there in eyeglass case . In addition to this, I am attaching my doctor's original prescription to highlight the glaring disparity between it and Lenskart's digital prescription. These instances of incompetence and mismanagement have caused severe inconvenience and compromised my trust in Lenskart's services. I DEMAND a FULL REFUND IN ORIGINAL BANK ACCOUNT for the initial purchase, an immediate resolution to the missing product in the exchange order, and accountability for the inaccurate prescription provided.
