Lenscart — Refund

Hi, I recently bought a blue ray glasses with pre-payment. After I received my galsses, one glass frame is too large. So I returned it through online option. They collected the frame. In lenskart app, it shows refund status completed. But I haven't received my amount yet. It's been 15 days over.
