I have attached some more images of the glasses however i am not very sure whether you will be able to spot the issues since its a scratches and colour is peeled off on the side part of the frame. You may send some customer service person who can physically verify this and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. You may confirm this from your team that i told them that even if you are providing me the same product of mine after repairing the worn out part i will not have any issue. Because the product i returned was in a very good condition (I used it only for couple of times) but lenkskart told me that they are issuing me brand new product for replacement. Now when the product is delivered to me i can see that its not a brand new product rather a used one which totally unacceptable. I would request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.
