Hi, I ordered for 1 pair of spec for my parents on 27th Feb, from Naktala Branch Kolkata with Order No - [protected] .. The specs were required ASAP as there was change in power for one of the patient..
It was promised to me that the specs would be delivered by 5th March and i also requested to fastrack if feasible understanding the criticality of the situation..
To my surprise when on 4th March I called to check the status, one of the sales representative said one of the spec is ready. And for the other one there is no track... I insisted to check and get back with some update on the same..
Next day on 5th March, I called and this time manager said still no update and more importantly he can't do anything and also mentioned he would not take any responsibility.. He also added to either take refund or wait until they have any update on the second spec.. And they can't confirm any date as of now..
Now, I really want to understand what kind of service Lenskart is providing when they are dealing in such sensitive business.. It's not an apparel business that seller can be such reluctant post sell...
Now my parents needs to wait till the time Lenskart is able to track the order..
I requested them to deliver the one ready and refund for the second one.. Or confirm some specific timeline to deliver the second...
But no luck.. They have completely raised their hand and trying to disown the concern I m putting up..
Just imagine my parents one senior citizen and one with age 55+ would suffer for such casualness and irresponsibility of Lenskart
Request support and justice please for the harrasment...
