[Resolved] Lenskart — a pair of glasses I had ordered. | |||
There was a flaw in the lens and since i was out of the country lenskart told me to not use the glasses until i got them checked at one of the lenskart stores, as it could damage my eyes. They said that i could get the set checked on returning to india I returned to india and gave the glasses in to be examined on the 31st of july 2017. I was told that i would have to get a replacement. I was then asked to chose a new frame, and after specifying that i didn't want to pay any extra that what i had already paid, i was not informed by the people at the store that the frame that i selected was not of the same category as the one that i had selected earlier. It took lenskart another 7 days to tell me that i needed to pay an additional 900 rs. So i go back to the store and select a different frame on the 7th of august. I have still not received the glasses. A paid of glasses that i ordered and paid for in april 2017 have still not been used by me. On raising a complain... Lenskart offered me 0.56 rs store credit!! What exactly am i supposed to do with that? Was this information helpful? | |||
