My question to Lenskart is that how can you take order for the products which are out of stock? its your responsibility to update in your database and inform your online/offline stores. Its not like lets take the order first then will see it is available or not. It doesn't suits to such a company like you.
I has placed the order in last week from offline store with full advance payment which was supposed to be delivered by 13/14th but it was not yet delivered so i requested a call back. The executive said that it is out of stock so will be cancelled and refunded. Here also there is cheap tactics. I had ordered 2 products having same price but after this issue when one product is delivered, its price is increased by 200/300 Rs and the same amt is reduced from the nondelivered products as it is going to cancelled and refunded. Also, I had not added any cleanser in my order so how it is added?
Do you really think the CUSTOMERs are ###? it this the way you treat your CUSTOMERs??
You are selling such essential product and using such cheap tactics, shame! at least think how will a person work without the specs when is must required. Who will be the responsible for the damage or problems being faced by the person who is waiting for the specs?
It has been already delayed so please look into it and provide me the product on top priority basis within this week and also provide me the useful compensation for such inconvenience caused.
