Lenskart — bad quality lens and aqualens solution

I bought aqualens solution from lenskart showroom in bopal. The solution is causing irritation and redness in eyes.
I want this solution to be replaced or refund as soon as possible.
The quality of bausch+lomb lenses was also not good, one of the lenses was torn and i could not use it. I am not happy with services and want my complaint to be solved as soon as possible

We wish to inform you that we do have "14 days no question ask return policy" along with the 1-year manufacturer warranty under which you are eligible for return of the defected product. You can opt for a replacement or refund. We would request you to share your contact/ order details with us so that we can check your concern and address accordingly.
