[Resolved] Lenskart — Behaviour of store manager- Prateek Chauhan | |||
Hi team, I visited Lenskart store of Nagori garden - Bhilwara, rajasthan. At the time of store visit, the store manger - Prateek Chauhan made us wait outside the store considering the covid situation which was understandable and we waited for almost half an hour outside the store. After half an hour when I went inside the store I asked Prateek Chauhan for eye checkup so that I could choose the glasses and spectacle incase of any change in my eyesight for that he made us wait for more than 2 hours just for the eye checkup even when he himself along with the 2 staff were doing nothing and sitting idle. And even after making us wait for 2 hours he was not sorry and started arguing as we requested him for the checkup and reminded him the same . The behaviour shown by store manager PRATEEK CHAUHAN was PATHETIC, UNAPOLOGETIC AND EGOISTIC. Attitude was very bad and negative . He even made fun o[censored]s for waiting infront o[censored]s with his fellow staff prasant . I would never ever recommend my friends and family to visit that store ever again if the staff is not given proper lesson for his inappropriate behaviour. And if he stays there as store manger for too long I am 100% sure that store will be shut down very soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
