[Resolved] Lenskart — breakage of perfectly good specs after servicing | |||
Today i.e. on 5th July I visited the Lenskart Store at Elante Mall, Chandigarh for tightening of my glass frame as it became loose from the hinges. I asked the staff to make the adjustments and their I was put in contact with the Staff Member by the name of Arman. I was asked to fill a Costumer Service form by the staff and then my glasses were taken for repair. ( Form No. 50413) I was told that the technician wasn't available after 15mins of waiting and submission of my specs. Then after another 10 mins I was told by the same person that he has opened up my glasses by his own and doesn't know how to put them back and told me to come back after15-20 mins. I was without specs for about 40 - 45 mins and then when I came back with my mother, the staff told me to wait for another 20 mins as my specs was being fixed. After so much time I got up, took my specs and went home. After reaching home I realized that my specs were broken from the top, which they were not before I submitted them to get tightened. I want to submit FORMAL COMPLAINT against Lenskart Staff of Elante Mall, Chandigarh specially the person responsible for the damage and I want my frame to be replaced as It was the staff that broke it and cleverly applied some adhesive to cover up their short tracks of misbehavior and deceiving me as a costumer. Now that they are caught in the act, I would request the Costumer services team to get my frame repaired as soon as possible and take strict actions against the Lenskart Staff, Elante Mall, Chandigarh Was this information helpful? | |||

This is the invoice copy of my returned product, they have to replace worth as they mentioned in the invoice as a replacement is been denied for 10 days they agree that invioce amount but not ready replace same worth to me as they actually

The lenskart people r adamant to replace same worth of product as I asked for replacement which is breach of trust and cheating as they have to give me full worth of product as it is mentioned as unit price harassing me for 10 after 7 days they agree the invoice but not ready to provide the replacement of same worth is it a fake prepared invioce in that case should be
