[Resolved] Lenskart — broken glass with frame bad quality glass made by british optics | |||
I purchased a spec with glasses from lenskart, Ranchi, Jharkhand on april 19th 2017 with Order Id [protected]. Within 9 month the glass broked and broke apart, when taken to the store, the person at the store refused to honor the warranty though it was not a physical damage as there were no scratch mark nor any tear marks or any marks of abuse. The glass and frame are of bad quality and after sales service is also bad. Store person also said that if it broked in 1day after purchase we can not do anything. Please kindly help me.
