[Resolved] Lenskart — change in colour of frame | |||
I had ordered 2 eye glasses from lenskart store at calicut, kerala (Order num 4780664) on 8th nov 2017. While ordering, i insisted that i need orange frame for the product 'half rim wayfarer medium (Size-50) vincent chase crayons vc e10298-c1 eyeglasses' and they promised to deliver the same within 8 days. I received the product today only (24th nov), ie on 16th day and the colour is red-black. When i pointed out the mistake, they admitted that it was the fault from the staff while placing the order and they can replace the item, but it may take another 18-20 days! We are having so many shops in the town where we get the glasses on the next day itself. Still we choose lenskart to get better service. How can someone wait for a some 35-38 days to buy a spectacle? I need to get the glass replaced as early as possible and i please make arrangements to collect the delivered item back only while providing the new one. Was this information helpful? | |||
