[Resolved] Lenskart — Cheated and Irresponsible behaviour by Lenskart | |
It was told to me that lenskart will update me about the escalated request to get approval for pickup and replacement of wrongly given eyepower/glass alongwith frame. But, it being more than 1 month but no response from lenskart !!! I already shown good amount of patience... But disappointed to say that lenskart haven't shown their responsibility yet !! I am a gold member of them but getting worst service. I am suffering from eye pain due to wrong eye power provided but Customer care don't provide update for replacement and even no response for email sent. Was this information helpful? | |
