i want to address this complaint to mr.peyush bansal who is founder of this company .today, i went to lenskart outlet which is located in aditya mall at ground floor in indirapuram in ghaziabad u.p. i finalized my aviator sunglasses in polaraid model. it was so horrible and shocking experience at this outlet. when i reached at billing desk, there was a guy who told me different price for the same product. i felt completely shocked because the price tag which was attached with this sunglasses shows MRP:-999/- bt at billing counter, guy told me to pay for 1199/-(Rs:-200/-extra) for the same sunglasses. That means your company is doing openly cheating with the customer because you are showing different price on tag which is available on display and when customer finalized that same product, you are charging more amount than MRP mentioned on the same product. This is absolutely fraud with the customer.I will never recommended to anyone to buy sunglasses from this company outlet.
