Claim rejected 6 time Due to the model number not available on the frame. Again 7th-time claim submitted ( I visited the store almost 15 times within 2 months) and set email to Lenskart (Naresh Sharma). Attached the details . invoice #[protected] Please fix the issue ASAP. My claim firstly approved and due delay it got closed and raised new claim request from store Karimnagar at July 4th 2022 after visiting several times to store and follow up they did provide any update till 2 weeks and after 14 days that they are saying my claim was rejected today, I want the resolution as soon as possible.
