Lenskart — Clip on glasses Ordered and clip ons lost + Premium membership not displayed upon login

Hi All,

"Order Details: [protected] containing 2 items & Placed on 05-Nov-2022 at Bhandup West Lenskart store"

Request your urgent help as I have lost both the Clip on glasses I have ordered on 5 Nov 2022. I need a clip on glasses for both the glasses I had ordered.

I am scheduled to travel next week from 6 March and I need my clip-ons to be delivered / suggest me to go to Bhandup West store to collect them . I hope this service is free of cost. I have Purchased Gold Membership on my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] somehow it is not displayed in any of these logins and I am unable to access my first mobile number - [protected] anymore.
