[Resolved] Lenskart.com — re: replacement of spectacle | |||||
I've bought spectacle from lenskart, however they have sent me spectacles of a larger size. When i asked for a right size, they don't have. Now they are asking for more money for choosing another replacement product. Need a resolution for loss of time and effort. Reference # [protected] and #[protected]. I've returned the spectacle of larger size, and chose a spectacle of my requirements. Though they say that the spectacle is free as per my purchase offer, now i'm asked to pay more.?
