[Resolved] Lenskart — Committing fake cash back offers | |||
I have ordered an eyeglass through lenskart on 31-dec-2014(Order No:[protected]). I had a discussion with customer care and at that time they have offered me 10% cash back on this order. After three days I have been contacted the customer care executive and came to know that the item not in stock and I have to select another frame. I could not find any good frame in the same brand or same price range. The situation was like I have to pay more to get a good frame. And also I asked them about whether they can give any cash back if I order a new one or not? And informed them I have been offered a 10% cash back at the time of last order. I also asked for a confirmation mail. After telling this, they are not accepting that they are offered 10% cash back. I felt this is one kind of cheating. They are accepting order for the items which is not in stock. And they are giving wrong commitments. So be care full while purchasing through lenskart. Was this information helpful? | |||
