As per the telephonic conversation, we would like to inform you that we have already provided you with the best possible resolution. We can certainly go ahead and provide you with another product but adding to that what you are asking for is not possible. We apologize for not being able to help you but we have already taken a final call on this issue and hence, we will not be able to take this issue forward. Thanks- Anamika

t is with disgrace that i need to bring to notice of all dear friends here that lens kart is so rude that first they insult people then they accept their mistake through written apology, then they repeat the same mistake again and when some one is reaching masses with their review that what they do, I have requested a call from senior manager of lens cart yesterday how ever this is how lens kart is suppressing voices from people about their reviews. dear lenskart we have family and friends who are getting acquainted with the horrifying experience that has been came across and the rudeness of communication has happened and all do have social media to share the experience that has went through followup case 1517165

company of disgrace is suppressing peoples true comments by blocking them up dear anamika i am still awaiting your findings on my last post . alternatively send all your supportive findings of the case so I can use it to file a consumer court case based on the insult done to my disabilities
