[Resolved] Lenskart — Complaint against Pinky from Goa Panjim | |||
Im using lenskart since 2016 without gold membership and had brought buy one get one free offer glasses in Hyderabad Begumpet, but in goa 2021 Panjim outlet lenskart named Pinky forced me to buy gold membership to avail the buy one get one free offer, where I had already informed her that I have been using the lenskart since 2016 without gold membership and had brought buy one get one free offer glasses, then she told me that the policy has been changed and I have to buy the gold membership. Second thing is that I had told her that the frameless glass frame is hurting me and she promised me that they will do the customize and the second full frame which I wanted was not ordered without my knowledge. This is the worst lenskart customer service I have faced where I had to spend 5000/-, which was not ordered. After giving low rating she called me recording the call and asking me that it's my fault. Lenskart kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue as I'm staying in mapusa and they are forcing me to come to the store to make the adjustment of the frameless frame by bending it, which will soon or later will be in bad shape.
