[Resolved]  Lenskart — COMPLAINT against The agent ADARSH [protected]

Adarsh came on 25th July we placed the order for 2 progressive lens eye glasses. Order ID [protected]. Rs4480 was paid. After the order was delivered, we saw one of the frames were way bigger in size. So called for home visit for exchange. The same guy came on 3rd August. He had no clue that he had to check the size and place the order. I have an audio call record of him apologising about it. I asked him to check the size and then we placed the order for the exchange. He said he would place the order the same day and intimate me or update me about the same. Today the 9th of August, came to know from the customer care Ashwini that he want placed the order yet. I have a call recording of every call. Now after all of this, this agent calls me Adarsh asking if we want to place the order????? What is the meaning of this? He says that he will place the order and one OTP will come and i have to share the OTP. 1 HOUR PASSED AND NO OTP YET. what is going on with your company agents?

Where is my exchange order?
Why has it not been placed even after 7 days? I will put this out on Twitter and in every social media platform with the audio recordings photo of the agent Adarsh and his phone number if this is not resolved.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH HARASSMENT?
SHOULD YOU DO THE NEEDFUL AND KEEO YOUR VAULABLE CUSTOMERS OR SHOULD WE APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT?
