I ordered an eyeglass in February. Unknowingly, by some manual slight force a side of my eyeglass got damaged. I contacted the store, I clearly mentioned them the reason of damage and they told me that if the damage is repairable they will do so or else they would exchange it. I was out of station foe studies so they told me to visit the store later. I called them 15 days before and they told me that because of the lockdown repairing is not being done as workers are less you can contact us or visit the store in about 10-15 days. I did so and today i visited the store. But now, they deny to exchange the eyeglass as the reason of damage does not fit in the lenskart policy. I am not satisfied with this. They did not specifically mention their policy when I told them about my problem.
