Lenskart — Damaged product no one came for exchange pickup

I bought one Vincent chase glass from Lenskart, whwn I opened it it screw came out from frame. When I tried to reinsert the screw the leg is not even matching with frame. Then I contacted Lenskart still now after 17days no one have came for the return pickup. Lenskart people are still saying another 48 hrs 72 hrs and it goes on.
Now I strongly believe no one is going to take the responsibility and why a need of costumer service for Lenskart. Wonderfully cheated.

They asked me to send the product myself through a courier service and I sent it. Waiting for the response.
