[Resolved] Lenskart — Defective lenses with different thickness provided even in replacement | |||
I received the replacement of my lenses with order Id [protected] for my complaint against order number [protected] today. But I am not at all satisfied with the product i have received, in fact i am anguished after seeing it. Right from the beginning i told my right eye lens is thick and needs to be replaced with thinner lens(which should of the same thickness that of left eye lens), Now in the product i received my left eye lens has been replaced with a more thicker lens compared to the right one. now it is more uncomfortable due to different thickness and ugly as well because the thicker soda bottle like lens of left eye is unpolished. This is absolute negligence. Instead of making the replacement better, you have made the specs worst now. I am surely escalating this matter with concerned consumer entities.
