I bought a specs from Lenskart faridabad store 3months back, but the frame is deffective.co has given a 1 year warranty, but the store officials refusing to repair the same, I am giving you 24 hours time to do, otherwise I Will be compelled to forward my case on different platforms Naresh katyal. My mobile no. Is[protected] and invoice noRST2704989 DT13/06/2016, it is further added that the salesman given me the guarantee for frame and glass in verbal also.We heard about the name of Lenskart that they are selling best specs but now I understand that they are cheating from there end.
