NAME - Aravind Sharma EMAIL - [protected]@gmail.com PHONE - [protected] SHOP DETAILS: lenskart.com, 116, Hem Chandra Naskar Rd, Subhas Sarobar Park, Phool Bagan, Beleghata, Kolkata, West Bengal 700010 PHONE:[protected] COMPLAINT: I had booked a frame along with glass(single vision) on "1 Jan 2016" from the mentioned shop.The shop guys assured me home delivery by "6 Jan 2016".But they went on delaying and today(12 Jan 2016) they told that it will take "4 more days" to get it delivered. I am frustrated with their Ir-responsiveness and delay and I need a quick refund.
