[Resolved] Lenskart — delay in power update of my lens as well as in delivery of glasses | |||
I went to lenskart shop in cannuaght place new delhi on 08.07.2017.On 22.07.2017 i went to their shop and gave my medical documents of eye checkup so that they can update my power and they told me that atleast one week will be consume in making your glasses i.E. On 28.07.2017. When i chase my order no. The customer care told me that your power is not updated. When i call the lenskart shop at cannaught place new delhi they told me due to some technical issue they couldn't update the power of my lens so they finally updated my power on 27.07.2017. On 28.07.2017 i call them again now they told me that i took so long to update my power of lens due to that reason my order was put on long queue and put me in long waiting list. Now another person in lenskart shop says to me that your power was updated on 22.07.2017 and 27.07.2017 as well. They are not making any confirmation when my glasses will reach to me as i am haviing headach daily. I have paid the money and in return i am getting this type of service from such a reputed company like lenskart. If i took so long in updating my power then can't they chase it in between 22.07.2017 and 27.07.2017. They are only curious about paying the amount and not service to their customer.It is really painful just expect life without glasses. Was this information helpful? | |||
