I am from chennai. On 20th june 2022 I booked an home eye check up and also ordered 2 pairs of specs. In that I only got 1 pair. The 2nd pair is not yet delivered till now. Order ID #[protected]. I contacted the customer care and also composed an mail.. I neither got an proper reply. On 1st july I received a mail stating that the product has been sent to warehouse. I requested to re-deliver but they said me to cancel the order and once again purchase the product. So I asked for an refund amounted ₹4032 . The link that the provided for refund us not working properly. Really I got fed up with their service . I didn't expected this kind of response from an highly reputed company. Really such an poor service. I even asked for another link even that link is not working.
Kindly I need my amount back as soon as possible. For the past few days I am really stressed. I didn't even though the company will involve is such kind of fraud.. I really need my priduct
