I ordered a eye glass before 16 days and the promised delivery date was 27th march. Due to lockdown the delivery got delayed and after that they gave me delivery date that i'll receive the glass within 5 to 7 days but again some executive called me and told that i'll receive the glass only after lockdown. This shows that lenskart is very worst in their services and giving fake communications to customers. I want lenskart to deliver the product within 5 days. Hi! My name is SUSMITA. I made an order via lenskart for Rs.6720 on 01/04/2020. I made the online payment through net banking payment mode. After i made the payment, they deny that the payment was made at all. I have also submitted the receipt for proof for them. They still do not agree and keep sending me options and links to make repayment.
