[Resolved]  Lenskart — delivery delay and unprofessional staff at the store

I had placed a order on 11th february, 2018 at the noida store (Shop no. G6 & g6a, ground floor jo p plaza, sector 18) which was supposed to reach my home address by 19th february.
I haven't received yet and the staffs at the store are so irresponsible that they don't call back even after i have notified them about the issue. They act smart by making a proxy to my call.
It's my request that you please take immediate action.
