I have purchased spectacles recently from lens kart. They have delivered a defective piece for which i have returned them for repair on monday i:e 11-02-18. Date of delivery is by 14-02-18.
I called to stores on 14-02-18 for receiving them but they said it was delayed out of delivery issues.
Today i:e 15-02-18 i called them to receive them for which they asked me come with repair ready form. I went to stores and given them form and they started searching for 20 minutes and took those pair outside and started repairing in front of me. After few minutes they called me and started saying that will take time and asking me to come on next monday to submit. I denied to that and asked me to send that by courier, for which they are denying. I can clearly sense that problem is clearly their negligence. Was this information helpful? |
