We are regular customer of lenzkart and on 14.08.2017 we placed an order for 2 sets of frames with lens under order ref [protected]. At the time of booking we clearly informed your staff that we are leaving to usa on sunday
20.08.2017 and hence we want the items on saturday itself (19.08.2017).

On the receipt we found delivery mentioned as 22/08/2017 and on
