Lenskart — Disappointed with the service

Shahid Khan, the manager of lenskart Maninagar, Ahmedabad branch can be awarded as the worst store manager. I had given my glasses for repair and this is how it comes to me like. When I asked him about the reason of the damage he did not bother to answer me and started attending other customers. He argued that I didn't receive the otp and all, which has no co relation with how my specs are repaired. I have been buying products from lenskart since long and this is what I get in return? A poorly soldered and damaged specs! I am absolutely offended by his rude behavior and the service provided by lenskart.

Updated by Mitali484 I am awaiting revert from your representative since 3 days. I am not sure how seriously you take your customers complaints and act to them. I am getting the same copy pasted message on all the platforms I have written on. Certainly you're not setting a good example.
