Lenskart — Disappointed with the service | |||
Shahid Khan, the manager of lenskart Maninagar, Ahmedabad branch can be awarded as the worst store manager. I had given my glasses for repair and this is how it comes to me like. When I asked him about the reason of the damage he did not bother to answer me and started attending other customers. He argued that I didn't receive the otp and all, which has no co relation with how my specs are repaired. I have been buying products from lenskart since long and this is what I get in return? A poorly soldered and damaged specs! I am absolutely offended by his rude behavior and the service provided by lenskart. Was this information helpful? | |||
