[Resolved] Lenskart — disgraceful go back on their words | |||
I placed an order of 2 eye glasses on 26th september on lenskart store, i was told it will be delivered on 2nd of september. All of a sudden i heard one sms and an mail from lenskart on 1st of september that my order will be delivered at an later date, so a token of failing commitment they gave a store credit of 3192. Order reference no-[protected]. All of a sudden when i went to the store they asked me to collect the same, but i said will come within a week to take my store credit. All of a sudden next day i received an call from their end that it the sms and mail which was sent by them is technical issue, so i am eligible. Cheating customers in that way. I send all my details thru mail, but no revert from their end till now. Disgraceful for a small amount lenskart is behaving like this this. Really cheaters... Was this information helpful? | |||
