[Resolved] Lenskart — don't go with lenskart | |
I have 2 eyeglasses of lenskart and all of them have same frame. One of the frame got breakage with just opening it. And within 3 months of purchase. I am sure breakage was not due any manual force. When i mailed them, they told that breakage don't cover under warranty. I also visited store and they replied same that this is not cover under warranty. So within 3 months, frame hinges broken without any accident or force. I suggest all, don't go with lenskart for frame quality. And their warranty is only for attracting people.
