Hi On 18th September 2022 I took Lenskart Blu lenses from Lenskart store which is located in Suncity. After few months o[censored]sing I was facing issue with my Lenskart Blu lenses so yesterday i.e. 12/04/2023 I complained to Lenskart customer care regarding my spectacles issue so customer care person told me to visit nearby store where I have purchased and claim the warranty because still my product is under warranty so after the conversation I went to the store I returned my lenses to the store persons as my exchange status was successfully approved by Lenskart store customer care.
So I have returned for the exchange and store persons took my lenses and applied for new product for exchange and they tried to order but they wer unable to order
Till now it's been more than 24 hours my exchange approval link was sent to me by sms but I am unable to place the exchange request.
Now if I contact the Lenskart customer care they are telling still it will take 3 days to process .
So I want my new exchange lenses as soon as possible because I am facing issue with my eyes.
