[Resolved] Lenskart — exchange order cannot be placed

Order id [protected] is picked up 2 days ago still my exchange order is not placed. They told me 2 days ago they are fixing the error and cannot place exchange order. I have mentioned my new chosen frame also. All frmaes are going out of stock. They are so careless and now the 21 days lockdown maybe my order would not be placed. How irresponsible they are. Not replying my mails. Call option totally unavailable.

Updated by rimpa dasLenskart is asking me to place new order just by crediting 266 store credits. But the amount of order was 999. How can I place this Myself? I had used a voucher and remaining paid.
