The worst customer service experience I've had till date. I ordered a power sunglasses and there was a power mismatch on one of the lenses. I had applied for exchange and initially they said they would pickup the sunglasses from my place and will return the new one. Days passed and there was no updates from them. But i kept receiving this message like attempt to pick-up order failed. I spoke to various customer care executives and each one of them were giving different different information. So I decided to visit the nearby store and drop-off the product there. But as I went in there, they said I had to do a new request. Therefore i had to cancel the old exchange order. And now they are saying that they are having some issues in getting the gatepass number and cannot process the exchange order. Only God knows when my order will get placed and when will I get the new product. The main annoying thing is that each customer service executive gives different information and none of them say the same thing. And I don't know why they are not sharing the courier partner information. If they would've given their contact details I would directly gone to their office and would have dropped off the product there. I don't know why there's so much of confusion. I would like to inform lenskart team to narrow their policies and make sure all of them follow the same policy. Was this information helpful? |
