[Resolved]  Lenskart — Eyeglasses - [protected]

I had ordered two pair of eye glasses for my mom and the fitting of the frame was not perfect within a week. My mom was very uncomfortable with the eye glasses. When we visited the store the executive said that since I have not taken insurance so we cant do anything. He also falsely claimed that refund or exchange is not possible even though i was getting the option in lenskart app.

I requested for a refund through app and the eyeglasses was picked up on Jan 15th 4.30 PM. Even after multiple follow ups with customer care, the app was not updated as pick up completed and I haven’t got a link to update my bank details to get refund.
This is extremely poor customer service and satisfaction. Pls resolve it ASAP
