I ordered eyeglasses (Blue light filter) from lenskart site on friday 26/07/2019. I received the message on 29/07/2019 at 1:34pm that your eyeglasses will be delivered today. But i received the message on the same at 1:15am that your order [protected] is delivered and i did not receive the eyeglasses. How any item can be delivered at 11:36pm? My order no is [protected] and tracking no. Is pp[protected]. I sent them mail on their support mail id and also had word with them on phone regarding this. But they have sent the mail in reply and the mail says that they are arranging for the proof of delivery. What a pathetic and 3rd class service? I am expecting delivery of sunglasses and they are arranging proof of delivery. This means that they are trying to avoid the delivery and already the amount 1446 is debited from account. I have received ordered eyeglasses from Lenskart. Thank you for the assistance provided. The messages were misguiding, also provide the mobile number of delivery person for tracking purposes.
